Game Hub UI customization limits for store cards, daily rewards pop-up, and close button
This article explains what can typically be adjusted in the Game Hub UI and which elements have practical or hardcoded limits.
Store card layout on mobile
Store card layout in the horizontal mobile view can be adjusted to improve balance between the pack image and the purchase area. For example, the layout can be tuned so the content and buy button receive more visual emphasis, and image sizing can be increased if needed after review.
These changes may require implementation work rather than a self-serve setting, especially when the requested behavior differs between portrait and landscape layouts.
Daily rewards pop-up sizing
Changing the default size or layout of the daily rewards pop-up is not always recommended. Resizing this pop-up can cause display issues across different devices and screen sizes.
If a customer requests a substantially different daily reward modal proportion, confirm that it may not be safe to change globally and that the default layout may need to remain in place for compatibility reasons.
Close button customization
The close button appearance can be updated to better match custom art or PSD-provided assets.
However, the close button size itself is hardcoded and remains the same size. Styling can be changed, but button dimensions are not currently configurable.
How to position this with customers
Supported with implementation effort: visual adjustments to store card balance and button/icon presentation in mobile layouts.
Supported with limits: close button visual style can be updated, but not its hardcoded size.
Use caution / may not be changed: resizing the daily rewards pop-up, because it can introduce cross-device layout issues.
Rollout notes
When testing UI adjustments, validate them in sandbox first. After customer approval, the same approved changes can be pushed to production.
