Reusing a Limited-Time Sale store for a repeat discount event

If you are running the same discount event again with the same discount rate and the same target products, you do not need to create a new store. You can reuse the existing Limited-Time Sale store and update its schedule to the new event dates.

When you can reuse the existing store

• The discount rate is unchanged.
• The same products are included in the event.

In this case, update the existing store's event schedule instead of creating a new store.

Purchase limits when reusing a store

When a store is reused for a new event period, purchase limits may need to be reset for the event to behave as expected for players.

• If purchase limits have not yet been reset, contact support and request a reset for the reused store.
• Support can reset purchase limits for reused stores/events.

A self-service dashboard button for resetting purchase limits is planned but may not yet be available.

Example use case

If a game reruns a previous Limited-Time Sale with the same 10% discount and the same three items, the team can keep the existing store, change the sale dates, and request a purchase-limit reset if needed.
