Dashboard reports: Balance vs Revenue

In the dashboard, these two metrics represent different things:

• Balance: the expected payout your company will receive from Aghanim.
• Revenue: sales minus fees and taxes for the selected period.

Because these metrics are calculated differently, Balance can be lower than Revenue. One common reason is refunds, including refunds issued during testing.

Please also note that dashboard values are analytical estimates. They are designed to be very close to the expected payout amount, but the numbers can still change slightly as Aghanim receives updated fees and exchange rates from payment providers.

The final calculations, including the full fee breakdown, are prepared on the 10th of each month for the previous month. These are shared as a PDF financial report together with a CSV file containing all transactions and associated fees and taxes.
