How Scheduled program timing works for monthly daily reward rotations
In a Scheduled program, the Period type, Count, and Start day fields control when the program restarts. They do not control how many days are in the reward track.
The number of reward days, and what each day contains, comes from the reward list itself.
What each field means
- Period type: the unit of the cycle, such as Weekly or Monthly.
- Count: how many of those units pass before the program restarts.
- Start day: the anchor point inside that period.
- Start date: the date when the schedule begins running.
Examples
- Monthly + Count 1 = the program restarts every month.
- Weekly + Count 2 = the program restarts every two weeks.
For monthly schedules, Start day is the day of the month, where 1 means the 1st day of the month.
For weekly schedules, Start day is the day of the week.
How to set up a monthly rotating daily credits offer
To make a daily free credits program reset every month, configure the schedule like this:
- Period type: Monthly
- Count: 1
- Start day: 1
This configuration makes the daily reward program start fresh on the 1st of every month.
Important note
If you want a reward track that lasts a specific number of days, define that in the reward list. The Count field does not represent the number of reward days.
