Sequential Offer widget is missing in the live store

If a Sequential Offer widget is enabled in Admin and visible in Hub Builder preview or sandbox, but does not appear in the live store, this may be caused by a caching issue.

Recommended fix

  1. Open Hub Builder.

  2. Open the affected Sequential Offer block.

  3. Click Apply.

  4. Then click Save.

After saving, check the live store again. In reported cases, this action restores the widget display.

Notes

  • This issue can occur even when the offer configuration looks correct in Admin.

  • The widget may still appear correctly in preview and sandbox while missing in production.

  • If the issue persists after reapplying and saving the block, contact support for additional investigation.
