When to use the System Item flag for prelaunch offers

If you are preparing prelaunch or presale offers and plan to grant purchased content to players later, do not mark those deliverable items as System Item.

How the System Item flag works

Items marked as System Item are not delivered to the game. If you expect an item to be granted after your game integration is ready, remove this flag from that item.

If you are not ready to deliver items yet

You do not need to use the System Item flag just to prevent early delivery during a prelaunch setup.

If your redeem flow is disabled and your delivery webhooks are not configured yet, the offers will not be delivered to the game automatically.

Recommended setup for presales

• Keep deliverable items as normal items, not System Item.
• Disable the redeem flow until you are ready for players to redeem.
• Set up the required delivery integration before launch.

This lets you sell or distribute the offers now and safely enable final delivery later when your game integration is ready.
