Use maintenance mode to temporarily disable your live store or game hub

If your store link is already live and you need to temporarily restrict player access, use Maintenance mode in the dashboard settings.

Maintenance mode is the correct way to temporarily deactivate access without deleting or reconfiguring your store. It is fully reversible.

What maintenance mode does

  • Restricts access to the store
  • Blocks login and purchases while enabled
  • Shows a maintenance message to players
  • Keeps your store configuration intact so you can restore normal access later

How to disable access

  1. Open your store or hub settings in the dashboard.
  2. Enable Maintenance mode.
  3. If you want to block the entire hub, enable both toggles so the maintenance message appears on all pages.
  4. Customize the maintenance text shown to players.
  5. Optionally add an image for the maintenance screen.

How to restore access

Turn off Maintenance mode when you are ready to reopen the store or hub. Your previous configuration remains unchanged, and access returns to normal.

When to use this

Use Maintenance mode when you need to temporarily pause player access for updates, troubleshooting, or operational reasons after a store link has already gone live.
