Migrating offers from sandbox to production does not duplicate price templates marked as new

When you migrate an offer from sandbox to production, related price templates may appear in the preview as new. This preview state does not mean duplicate templates will be created in production.

What happens during migration

• You can safely migrate the offer from sandbox to production.
• No duplicate price templates will be created, even if those templates are shown as new in the migration preview.
• If you migrate only a bundle from the offer contents, the linked template may not be shown as new, but it can still be updated as part of the transfer.

Recommended interpretation of the preview

The migration preview can currently show some composite or dependent elements as if they need to be transferred separately. For price templates linked through bundles, this can be misleading.

If your goal is to migrate an offer and its referenced content from sandbox to production, you can proceed without expecting duplicate price templates to be created solely because they are labeled as new in the preview.

Known limitation

The preview is expected to be improved so that it does not display composite elements that do not actually need to be transferred separately.
