How Aghanim treats guest accounts
Last updated: June 1, 2026
In this context, a guest account is a game account that exists in the game but is not linked to the game's external account system (for example, a DevPlay account).
This is not an Aghanim-specific account type. From Aghanim's perspective, a guest account and a regular game account are treated the same way as long as the game provides a valid player identity for the user.
What this means for integrations
- Aghanim does not separately classify players as “guest” versus “linked” accounts.
- If the player can be identified by the game and can log into the Game Hub, the integration behavior should be the same.
- Whether the account may be lost after changing devices or reinstalling the app is a game-side account persistence issue, not an Aghanim-side distinction.
Important clarification
If your game uses the term guest account, make sure player-facing copy explains that this refers to an unlinked in-game account, rather than a special Aghanim login state.
