Game Hub paid orders do not expire, but are not yet consumable via SDK methods

For orders created on the Game Hub:

• Paid orders do not expire. The lifetime of a paid order, in terms of whether it can still be consumed later, is currently unlimited.
• Game Hub orders are not currently consumable. At this time, orders created on the Game Hub cannot be retrieved or consumed using GetUnconsumedOrders and ConsumeOrder.

This means that if a player buys something in the Game Hub and does not enter the game for a long time, the paid order does not lose its eligibility due to age.

A future improvement is planned to allow Game Hub orders to be retrieved with GetUnconsumedOrders and consumed with ConsumeOrder.
