How to add line breaks in a translated item description

If a translated item description is showing section headers or spacing in the wrong place, you can adjust the formatting directly in Translations.

How to add spacing in a translation

1. Open Translations.
2. Select the relevant translation entry.
3. Open the overlay editor for the translated text.
4. In the translated version, add two empty paragraphs where you want the visible line break or extra spacing to appear.
5. Save the translation.
6. Publish the change by either:
   • clicking Publish all, or
   • using the three-dot menu next to the translated text and publishing only that change.

If the update does not appear immediately

If the formatting change does not show up on your device right away, it may be delayed before appearing in the live environment. Recheck after publishing. If the change still does not apply, have a teammate verify and republish the translation from their side.
