Can I segment Daily Rewards by player LTV or run multiple Daily Rewards programs at once?

You can target Seasonal Daily Rewards to different player segments by using conditions in the program's Limitations settings. For example, you can create separate programs for non-purchasers, purchasers, and whales.

What is supported

  • Create multiple Seasonal Daily Rewards programs with different reward values.
  • Use different conditions in each program's Limitations section to decide which players are eligible.

What is not supported

  • You cannot configure multiple reward tracks inside a single Daily Rewards program or page based on player segment.
  • You cannot keep more than one Daily Rewards program active at the same time. For example, you cannot run your regular Daily Rewards alongside a separate event Daily Rewards program in parallel.

How to set up segmented Daily Rewards

  1. Create a separate Seasonal Daily Rewards program for each segment.
  2. Open each program and click Edit in the Summary block.
  3. Scroll to Limitations.
  4. Set the segment conditions for that program.
  5. Publish the one Daily Rewards program you want active.

What happens if a player's segment changes?

If a player moves to a different segment later (for example, after making purchases), they will start the newly matched Daily Rewards track from the beginning.

Alternative approach

If you need multiple reward programs to run in parallel, consider using a Progression Program in addition to Daily Rewards. Multiple Progression Programs can run at the same time, which can help support segment-based reward strategies outside of Daily Rewards.
