Handling publisher requests to use only original, non-AI Game Hub image assets

If a publisher asks Aghanim not to use AI-generated or AI-enhanced visual assets on their Game Hub, honor that request and defer image-related design work to the publisher unless they explicitly ask Aghanim to proceed.

Policy

  • Use only the publisher's original design assets for the Game Hub when they request this.
  • Do not apply AI-based image generation, enhancement, or visual correction to Game Hub assets for that publisher going forward.
  • If image quality issues are identified, the publisher should review and provide replacement or updated source assets unless they specifically authorize Aghanim to make changes.

How to respond

  • Acknowledge and respect the publisher's IP and brand-management requirements.
  • Confirm that the request has been shared internally with the relevant teams.
  • Pause any new AI-related asset work for that publisher.
  • If there is already in-progress image work, clarify whether it is finalized or still in progress before deciding next steps.

In-progress work

  • If work has already been completed, it can be shared with the publisher for review only if they want to evaluate it.
  • If work is still in progress and not finalized, the default outcome should be to hand it back to the publisher's team to manage directly.
  • If the publisher later confirms they will use their original images as-is, close out the Aghanim-side image update and wait for further requests.

FAQ: Does Aghanim automatically reprocess uploaded images?

No. When a publisher uploads an image through the Aghanim console, there is no automatic AI or other image reprocessing step applied by the system.

  • If an image was changed, enhanced, or upscaled, that would have been done as a separate manual workflow rather than by default during upload.
  • If a publisher wants to ensure no edited assets remain, the safest operational approach is to replace existing Game Hub item images with the publisher's original files.

Notes

This guidance is specifically about publisher preference and approval for Game Hub visual assets. Do not assume that AI-assisted asset supplementation is acceptable for every game; confirm with the publisher when sensitivities around IP, community perception, or brand standards are raised.
