How to create a Creator Program page in the Hub and add an application form

You can build a Creator Program landing page in the Hub without custom development. The page itself can be created as a regular Hub page, and the creator application form can be added either as an external link or embedded with an iframe.

Create the page in the Hub

  1. Open the Hub page builder in the dashboard.

  2. Create a new page for your Creator Program or Creator Club.

  3. Add the page to the Hub navigation in Hub settings.

  4. Use the built-in page editor to assemble the content. This is a standard text editor with images, so it works well for a static informational page describing creator terms and conditions.

Add the application form

There are two supported approaches for collecting creator applications:

  • External form by link — add a button or link on the page that opens your external form.

  • Embedded form by iframe — if your form is hosted on your own site or in a third-party form builder, create an empty Hub page, add the Iframe widget, and paste the URL of the page you want to display.

This can be used with services such as Typeform or with a form hosted on your own infrastructure.

If you want to host your own page on your Hub domain

You cannot upload arbitrary page code directly into the Hub editor. Instead:

  1. Host your page externally.

  2. Create a Hub page.

  3. Add the Iframe widget to that page.

  4. Paste the URL of your externally hosted page.

The Hub will render your hosted content inside the page.

Related creator functionality

If a creator is assigned a promo code in the system, they can already receive both the promo code and the related link. If you need a different onboarding flow or extra automation around creator welcome emails, document the exact desired behavior and review it with the product team.

Notes

  • Static creator information pages can be fully managed by your team in the Hub editor.

  • Navigation placement is configured in Hub settings.

  • For custom workflows, specify the required fields, approval process, and what should happen after form submission.
