Subscription renewal reminder emails and other subscription notifications

Players who subscribe to an item receive an email reminder before each recurring renewal charge. This reminder is sent shortly before the next billing date.

Players also receive notifications for other subscription lifecycle events, including:

• the renewal charge itself
• cancellation-related events
