How to disable Loyalty Points and Reward Points before launching Direct Checkout

If you are launching Aghanim Direct Checkout without launching the Hub or rewards experience yet, you may want to disable bonus point accrual so players do not receive Loyalty Points or Reward Points at checkout.

When to do this

Disable these programs if:

• Direct Checkout is going live first
• The Hub is not being launched yet
• You do not want players to earn extra rewards at checkout during the initial rollout

Where to disable Loyalty Points

1. Open the Aghanim Dashboard.
2. Go to Engagement → Loyalty program.
3. Turn off the loyalty program for the game as needed.

Where to disable Reward Points

1. Open the Aghanim Dashboard.
2. Go to SKU management → Virtual currencies → Reward Points.
3. Disable Reward Points issuance as needed.

Notes

• Loyalty Points and Reward Points are configured separately.
• If you later launch the Hub or want to enable cashback / rewards, review both settings again before rollout.
• You can verify the effect in test orders by checking whether checkout orders are eligible for loyalty or reward point accrual.
