How to test checkout refund disclaimers in production and sandbox

You can verify localized refund disclaimer text without completing a purchase.

Production

1. Open the production store.
2. Use the language selector and country selector on the left side of the hub.
3. Switch to the language and region you want to validate.
4. Review the disclaimer text shown for that locale.

You do not need to place an order to confirm whether the disclaimer is displayed.

Sandbox

Refund disclaimers are available in sandbox as well, so you can now validate the same disclaimer behavior there before launch.

Notes

• Check both the required languages and regions you plan to support.
• If a disclaimer appears missing, confirm that the correct language and country are selected before escalating.
• The disclaimer behavior applies on mobile too; validate on the target device/browser if you want to confirm the rendered layout.
