Can I customize the Loyalty Points icon or name in a Loyalty Program?

No. At this time, Loyalty Programs do not support customizing the Loyalty Points (LP) icon or display name.

This customization is currently available on Progression Programs, but it has not yet been brought over to Loyalty Programs while the two features are being consolidated into a single experience.

What are my options?

1. Keep using a Loyalty Program
   The Loyalty Program will continue to work, but the LP icon and name will remain unchanged for now.

2. Switch to a Progression Program
   If you need icon customization today, a Progression Program supports that configuration. Be aware that the Hub experience is slightly different from a Loyalty Program.

Additional context

Progression Programs can also grant rewards through other channels, such as Daily Rewards.

If you are considering a switch, your existing loyalty setup may be convertible to a Progression Program depending on your implementation.
