How to build a Creator Program page in the Hub

You can create a Creator Program / Creator Club page in the Hub without custom development.

What is supported

Landing page content: create a static informational page in the Hub using the built-in page editor.
Navigation placement: add the page to the Hub navigation from Hub settings.
Application form: use an external form service such as Typeform to collect creator applications.
Creator referral assets: when you assign a promo code to a creator, they receive their promo code and associated link.

Create the page content.
Build the Creator Program page as a regular Hub page in the editor. This is the same approach used for static informational pages: text, images, rules, benefits, and instructions are managed directly in the editor.
Add the page to Hub navigation.
The tab name and placement in the Hub menu are configured in Hub settings. This does not require support-side implementation.
Create the application form.
Build the intake form in an external tool such as Typeform, including any fields you need (for example: email, creator name, social links, and other qualification data).
Link to the form from the page.
Place a button or link on the Creator Program page that sends applicants to the external form.
Assign promo codes after review.
Once a creator is approved and assigned a promo code, they receive their promo code and referral link.

The Hub page itself is a static content page; it is not a custom-built application workflow.
The application form described in this setup is external to the Hub page editor.
If you need custom onboarding logic beyond a static page and external form, document the desired workflow first and review feasibility separately.
